Users may upload match recordings and related media. Such content may include:

  • Video images of athletes and coaches

  • Gameplay activity and performance metrics

  • Jersey numbers or identifiers

  • Match statistics and timestamps

Certain uploaded content may contain images or recordings of individuals under the age of 18.

(c) Technical Information

We may automatically collect technical information, including:

  • Device identifiers

  • Platform usage information



3. Purpose of Collection and Use

We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide AI-powered video analysis and performance insights

  • To generate highlights, statistics, and match summaries

  • To maintain and improve the functionality of our Services

We do not sell personal information.

4. AI and Automated Processing

Tavo uses automated computer vision and machine learning systems to analyze uploaded video content. These systems are used solely to:

  • Detect gameplay events

  • Classify volleyball actions

  • Generate statistical insights

Tavo does not use facial recognition technology to identify individuals by facial biometric markers.

Tavo does not use uploaded customer video to train publicly available AI models.

Automated processing performed by Tavo does not produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended to be used by coaches, teams, clubs, and parents. Tavo does not permit children under the age of 13 to independently create accounts.

Where video content includes minors, the uploading organization represents and warrants that it has obtained all necessary parental or guardian consent required under applicable law.

Tavo does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate authorization.

6. Data Storage and Security

All customer data is hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.

Primary hosting region:

  • Microsoft Azure – US East (Virginia, USA)


Data is protected using commercially reasonable safeguards, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS)

  • Encryption at rest

  • Access controls

  • Secure cloud infrastructure

While we implement reasonable security measures, no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Cloud infrastructure providers (Microsoft Azure)

  • Payment processors

  • Service providers assisting in platform operations

  • Authorized team members within an organization

We may also disclose information where required by law or to respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

8. International Data Transfers

Because our infrastructure is hosted in the United States, personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Information may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
